Welcome To Countryside Valley HOA
We hope you will find living in Countryside Valley positive and relaxing. Below is a link to a Welcome Letter that is intended to help clarify many of the Rules that apply to the CC&Rs that govern our community. It should also reduce the number of questions that may arise when moving into a neighborhood with a homeowner association.
Complying with the CC&Rs and the Rules that apply to them helps to maintain high property values and a place that residents are proud to call home.
Please help the Board with its communication by providing updated email addresses and phone numbers. All contact information is kept confidential.
Street Sweeping: Our streets are professionally swept on the 2nd Friday of every even month. The next scheduled sweep is Friday, April 14th, 2023. Please help by keeping cars and trash receptacles off the street. Thank you.
Slow Down! Speed Limit is 15 MPH
Please remember to drive slowly through the community! The Speed limit is 15 MPH.
Need the gates held open?
To have the gates held open for a yard sale or open house, contact the Board at least 3 days prior to the event.
Kids in Driveways
Kids in Driveways: Some residents have asked the Board to remind parents of young children to respect their property and not ride bikes and scooters on their driveways.
Rocks are being kicked into the street and marks are being left on the driveways. Thank you for reminding children of the importance of respecting private property.
