HOA Dues

Dues are $31.00 per month. They are to be paid by the second Monday of each month.
When paid after that date there will be a $10.00 late fee added.
You have several choices on how to pay the community fees. If you choose to use Pay Pal there is an additional charge. The amount depends on which option you choose.

When using Pay Pal make sure that the address, phone and name are all correct. This will ensure that your community fees are credited correctly.
